Ministry Focus:

Why take a mission trip to Tanzania? In addition to being a help and a blessing to the missionary most often, that is the outcome of the trip that is not our focus. We pray that this trip will spiritually impact you and that you will return with a greater burden for missions and the missionaries. We aim for you to see the great need for the gospel in Tanzania and realize there is a great need right where God has placed you. We pray you will see the need to get more involved in your local church. We would even love to see God use a trip like this to call more missionaries.

Team Goals:

• Give them opportunities to minister here at Faith Baptist Church. We would like to facilitate them being able to teach and preach during children’s church and Sunday school, sing specials, or give their personal testimonies. Please be sure those who are signed up for these ministry opportunities are comfortable and able to teach.
• Give them opportunities to interact with Tanzanians by going on visitation to invite others to Church and share the Gospel.
• Spend time with us. Currently, there is just our family and one other missionary family, but I believe this interaction is very important. We want them to see how missionaries are just regular Christians and not superheroes. We are just regular people being used by God.
• We want them to realize that they, too, could be a missionary. We pray that each one will be surrendered to take the gospel wherever God would lead them.
• We want them to experience an African safari as well as the beautiful Indian Ocean.
• We want to challenge them through Biblical preaching.
• We want them to experience the mission field as much as possible during their short stay.
•  We want to help them see the need of getting the Gospel to the world.
